October 24-26 in Chelyabinsk was an international legal seminar "Modernization of the nuclear regions: changes in the law to address environmental problems". The seminar was organized by the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Chelyabinsk State University, an international network of public environmental organizations "Decommission", Norges Naturvernforbund, the Center for Safe Energy (Berkeley, CA, USA) in collaboration with the Vermont Law School (USA).
